BIB J40: Schedule a Cleaning Task

How To Schedule a Cleaning Task

  1.  Click on "Auto Clean."
  2. Click on the arrow next to the cleaning task you want to create a schedule for. 
  3. Click on the pencil icon on the top right of the screen to edit the task.
  4. A pop up will come up at this time. 
    1.  Edit the task name if needed.
    2. Turn the toggle on next to "Schedule Task."
    3. Set the time in military time you would like the task to be performed.
    4. Click the days of the week you want the task performed.
    5. Click "Next."
  5. Hit the icon on the bottom right to save and then click "OK."
  6. Once the changes are loaded, you will be able to see the set schedule you created for the task on the main task screen.
  7. If you would like this task performed automatically multiple times in the same day...
    1. Select the task and then click "Copy Task."
    2. The copy will appear at the top of the screen.
    3. Repeat steps 1-5 adding in renaming the task so you know which scheduled task is which.
