BIB J40: Replace the Squeegee Rubber

How to Replace the Squeegee Rubber

Steps

  1. Descend the squeegee.
  2. Remove the squeegee cover.
  3. Loosen the four knobs and take away the two limited wheels.
  4. Take the squeegee out. 
  5. Unlock the hook to take away the metal plate. 
  6. Remove the side rubber's four screws. 
  7. Remove all of the old rubbers (outward, inner, 2 side.) 
  8. Attach the new outward rubber.
  9. Install back the metal place, and lock the hook.
  10. Attach the new inner rubber.
  11. Install the unit back into the rubber module. 
  12. Put the two side rubbers back and tighten the four screws.
  13. Put the squeegee back.
  14. Install back the four knobs and two limited wheels.
  15. Reattach the squeegee cover.
  16. Ascend the squeegee.
