BIB J40: Manual Mode

How to Switch the Robot to Manual Mode

  1. Click and hold in the "M/A" button on the top of the robot until the light turns on around the button.
  2. Pull up on the black handle.
  3. Pull back the red handle locks on both sides of the robot where the handle attaches.
  4. Reverse these steps to get the robot out of manual mode.

How to Start a Manual Cleaning Task

  1. Perform steps 1-3 above.
  2. Click on "Manual Clean" on the main screen.
  3. Click "OK" when the popup appears.
  4. Click what type of cleaning task you would like to perform. 
    1. Ex. sweep, vacuum, scrub, etc.
  5. Click what intensity of cleaning you would like the robot set on.
  6. Click "Start Task" to begin.
  7. The robot can now be manually pushed for that task.
